Glaze for Baked Ham

~from the kitchen of my wonderful Dad~

Ingredients:

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (retain all juices)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard

Directions:

Mix all glaze ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat until it thickens.  Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute.  Glaze the ham during the last 15 minutes that the ham is scheduled to be in the oven.  [cook ham 12 to 15 minutes per pound]
